Returns & Exchanges
We can only exchange merchandise in the event that it is damaged. If you determine that the product is damaged, promptly (within 5 days of the date of receipt) email us at support@side2side.net, including your order number and an explanation of the damage. All returns need a RMA (Return merchandise authorization) number. Please send the damaged item after you've obtained the RMA number to:

We recommend that you insure your package as you are responsible for any loss or damage to the merchandise during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We also recommend that you track your shipment to ensure it gets to our address efficiently.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the damage. If you are eligible, we will be happy to send you a replacement product.
